                                        CONTINUING EDUCATION ACCREDITATION:

Participants can earn continuing education contact hour credits in Health Education (CHES®), Nursing (CNE), and Medicine (CME for physicians and non-physicians) during the SDMPH 5th Annual Meeting 2019. One continuing education credit is earned for every 60 minutes of educational content. The maximum is 11.25 credits.

How to Obtain CE Credit

Participants can claim credit commensurate with participation and complete the evaluation online in order to earn credit hours and obtain a CE certificate.  A link to the online evaluation system will be sent to all registered participants who attend the activity that will contain instructions and a personal ID number for access to the system.  All online evaluations must be submitted by October 1, 2019 to receive continuing education credit for this activity.
